The indigenious traditions pay great respect towards the aged members of their society. For them, these people are the wisdom-keepers, the story-tellers. The elderly keep the tribes together and bring balance and knowledge...

We all need to re-think if we want to find back into a balance with (our very own) nature and allow the survival of mankind on this planet. Every action is important and your choice of furniture does reflect your standing in life, the choices you make for future generations and the way you think...how do you want your reflection to look like?

Kitchen Island counter made from one piece 4x12x18'. 4x4 posts, 2x6 shelf and 2x4s and 2x3s for the frame. finished with water based polyurethane. h=36", d=31", w=62". dimensions are like always flexible.

End Table

End Table made from salvaged 4x4s,2x3s and 2x6s. the dark spots on the counter are old termit treatment holes. This was a common method back in the days to treat the wood. These days termit teratment is done in a pressure chamber.I also glued a piece of 2x2 in the middle to get a total of 12" in depth and also to bring some play into it. h=36",w=24",d=12". Finished with linseed oil. This piece can be seen at "Buddawelt" across from Home Depot, Alakawa St.
